Kritagyata portal is an online web platform for tracking pension sanctions and payments. The state government employees of Assam no longer need to worry about pension payment and its related woes. This portal ensures timely payment and sanction of pension along with tracking facility. The Kritagyata portal was launched in the year 2020 by the then Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal in a pilot mode. Later in 2021, CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma reviewed the portal and made it a full-fledged entity.

Key features of Kritagyata Portal:
- It has a total coverage of 59 Assam state government departments.
- It looks after pension sanctions and payment issues in 8921 state government offices.
- It has 1701 active Head of Offices (HOOs)
- The portal has successfully covered 871 retired employees till date.
- More than 15084 Pension Payment Orders (PPOs) has been issued.
- The Kritagyata portal also includes a handbook known as Handbook of Pension পেঞ্চন প্ৰক্ৰিয়াৰ হাতপুথি where a pensioner or about to retire employee can find all details about pension and its structure.
Registration/Log in process:
Registration under Kritagyata portal is available for Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDOs), HOOs and their dealing hand only. The other employees can directly log in to the portal with their username and security code to access hi/her pension .The registration process is as follows:
STEP 1: The DDO and HOOs can download the registration form from the portal. Please click on the link to download the registration form. The registration form is available in both PDF format as well as online mode. Please click on the link for online registration form.
STEP 2: The duly signed registration form has to be uploaded in the Kritagyata portal. Please click on this link to upload registration form. The user can submit registration form multiple times unless the action is successfully completed.
To log in the pensioners need to enter log in ID/user ID and security code in the pop up log in window of the portal.
