It may be noted that the Ministry of Defence will issue only the e-Invitation. All expenses related to travel, lodging, food, and other personal arrangements for visiting New Delhi to attend the Independence Day Ceremony shall be borne by the participants themselves. However, travel on the Delhi Metro for reaching the venue will be provided free of charge upon presentation of a valid e-Invitation.
Further, children below 05 years of age shall not be permitted as companions for attending the ceremony.
